There are foods, some of them very healthy,  we should never eat on an empty stomach.

Tomatoes contain tannic acid that can increase acidity in the stomach.

Eating bananas on an empty stomach will lead to a higher level of magnesium in the blood, which may hurt your heart.

Pears have crude fibre which can damage the stomach’s membranes when eaten on an empty stomach.

Cold and carbonated drinks of any type can upset your stomach.

Spicy and heavy oil-laden meals would not be a good choice for an empty stomach.
