Several American cities have been experiencing population decline and have decided to tackle the problem by offering money to those who will move there.

For example Rochester is offering $10,000 to new residents and an additional sum of  $9,000 if you decide to buy a house there.

Some of the cities offer other benefits and perks as well,  such as free childcare, free monthly egg delivery or free gym memberships.
