The imperative of the second singular and plural person is created as follows. Whether it is used for a singular or plural person we can decide only based on the context:

Do it. / Don’t do it.
Take your coat. / Don’t take my bike.
Tell it to him. / Don’t tell it to him.

The imperative of the other persons is created by the following construction: let subject + verb.

Let me say something.
Let me think about it.

Let him do it now.
Don’t let him do it.

Let her sing.
Don’t let her go there.

Let it begin.
Don’t let it end.

Let us ( Let’s) wait here.
Don’t let us (Let’s not) do that.

Let them stop quarreling.
Don’t let them win.
